Group III International is a leader in the travel gear space, and is globally recognized for its success with the SWISSGEAR and WENGER brands. They run their operations out of two main warehouses in Florida. 

As a brand house, Group III has seen tremendous success with its in-house brands and private label business and is looking to grow exponentially.

Problem

Group III faced one of the most common issues in staffing: bad worker quality and unfilled shifts. They’ve attempted to work with numerous other staffing agencies which all ended in broken promises and unproductive days. 

As their business continues to grow, they’ve also seen a large spike in demand and needed to find a solution quickly.

Solution

Since Group III has used Traba, their productivity has increased with experienced temps. They’ve also improved their revenue due to efficient workers. They improved the quality of our work and reduced the amount of time training new temps everyday.

Group III used to ship out 100-150 pallets a week, but are currently shipping 200-300 pallets a week because of the strong workforce they’ve developed with Traba.
