This large scale produce facility needed help managing over 300 workers to pick and pack various fresh produce in season.
This partner was using three different agencies that could not fill their consistency needs. They’ve had multiple issues where agencies overpromised and undelivered, leading to $100,000+ losses in spoiled produce.
Solution
Their customers like Walmart and Publix faced service delivery issues stemming primarily from unfilled worker requests. Compounded with manual timesheets and lack of communication, there needed to be a better solution.

Traba launched a dedicated regional team with 24/7 Customer Support solely focused on this company’s success. We also provided a Shift Lead to manage all worker operations and ensure accurate clock in and outs within the Traba Portal. We also custom-built Daily Invoicing Features that integrated seamlessly with their billing and accounting services.

Traba successfully fills 345 daily workers at a 99% fill rate across all shifts.
