Amy Bindbeutel

Amy Bindbeutel is a Director of Human Resources at Bosch, the global engineering and technology company with operations spanning automotive, industrial, and consumer goods sectors. Based in the Detroit metropolitan area, she supports Bosch's Plymouth Township Technical Center and brings over 15 years of progressive HR experience within the organization. Amy has deep expertise in leadership development, HRIS, employee wellness programs, and STEM workforce initiatives, and has held increasingly senior roles throughout her tenure at Bosch. Prior to Bosch, she gained HR experience at AVL and HelloWorld, Inc. (formerly ePrize), building a well-rounded foundation across automotive technology and digital marketing industries.
