Courtney Folk is the CEO and Co-Founder of Renewal Logistics, a fulfillment company serving the fashion industry that she and her husband built from the ground up over 20 years. Today, Renewal Logistics operates four locations across Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee with nearly 100 full-time employees and over 300 associates, handling the specialized fulfillment that traditional warehouses are not built for, the high-touch, extra-handling work that apparel products demand. Courtney has built the company around an employee-first culture, with a workforce that is 98% minority and female, and a mission centered on providing opportunities and stability to her team. She runs the business with an engineering mindset, constantly looking at the numbers, solutioning for customers, and pushing for efficiency, while maintaining six core values that are reinforced in every meeting.
