Daniel Brady

Daniel Brady is the Manager of Talent and Culture at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), where he oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, and culture initiatives for the returns management technology company. He is a seasoned HR and recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience spanning talent strategy, vendor engagement, and system optimization across multiple industries. Prior to ReturnPro, Daniel served as Director of National Talent Acquisition at FirstService Residential, where he led recruiting strategy for one of North America's largest property management firms. He has also held senior talent acquisition roles at World Fuel Services, a global energy products and services company, and Assurant, a leading insurance provider. Daniel is a graduate of Florida Southern College and brings deep expertise in building and scaling recruitment functions that drive organizational growth.
