Dominic Mara

Dominic Mara is the Sr. Director of Americas Talent Solutions at Nike, where he leads talent acquisition and workforce strategy for one of the world's most recognized athletic brands. Based in Portland, Oregon, he brings deep expertise in HR leadership, talent solutions, and labor relations developed across major consumer and retail organizations. Prior to Nike, Dominic served as a Sr. Human Resource Representative at PepsiCo, where he led campus recruiting, community engagement, and labor relations across multiple regions including Southern Oregon and Upstate New York. His experience at PepsiCo included managing employee relations and contract negotiations for hundreds of employees across franchised bottler operations. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and Economics from Penn State University.
