Edward Novak, SPHR, is the Vice President of Human Resources at CJ Logistics America (formerly DSC Logistics), one of the largest third-party logistics providers in the United States specializing in supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation solutions. In his role, he oversees the company's human resources function, driving talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development across the organization. Edward brings over 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong foundation in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and compliance in logistics and distribution environments. He holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, demonstrating strategic mastery of the HR body of knowledge. Edward earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University and is based in the Des Plaines, Illinois area.
