Erin Gattis

Erin Gattis is the Chief Human Resources Officer at ArcBest, a leading logistics company providing end-to-end supply chain solutions. Named CHRO in July 2016, she guides the teams responsible for the company's award-winning training and succession planning programs, talent acquisition, employee experience, benefits and compensation, and corporate governance. With over 25 years of experience at ArcBest, Erin began her career in the company's Human Resources department in 1999 and has held progressive leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Chief of Staff to the President and CEO. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is recognized for creating an exceptional workplace where logistics professionals with diverse perspectives can grow and make a lasting impact. Erin holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Arkansas Tech University and is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
