James Schwab

James Schwab is the Vice President of Human Resources for Supply Chain at Conagra Brands, one of North America's leading branded food companies with a portfolio that includes Healthy Choice, Birds Eye, Slim Jim, and Reddi-wip. In his role, he leads HR strategy and talent management for Conagra's extensive supply chain operations, ensuring the workforce is aligned with the company's manufacturing and distribution objectives. Jim brings a distinctive combination of HR leadership and supply chain expertise, holding a Master of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee. Prior to Conagra, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell, where he supported communications and UOP divisions.
