Jamie O'Leary Thomas is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Breakthru Beverage Group, one of North America's leading wine and spirits distributors with operations across the United States and Canada. In her role, she leads a centralized talent acquisition team serving the entire organization, owning the development and execution of the end-to-end recruiting strategy that supports Breakthru's growth agenda, including expansion into new markets like California. Jamie is a forward-thinking talent acquisition leader with a career spanning major enterprises across technology, healthcare, insurance, and energy. Prior to Breakthru, she served as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Contingent Labor at Zebra Technologies and as Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Ensemble Health Partners. Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition and HR leadership roles at AMITA Health, Combined Insurance, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Baxter Healthcare, and BP, building deep expertise in strategic recruiting, diversity initiatives, and operational efficiencies at scale.
