Jenene Calloway

Jenene Calloway, Ph.D., is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, US at Schreiber Foods, one of the world's largest dairy companies specializing in cheese, cream cheese, and yogurt production. A first-generation college student raised in St. Louis, Missouri by two military parents, Jenene discovered her passion for industrial-organizational psychology during her undergraduate studies—a field she describes as the perfect intersection of business and human behavior. She went on to earn a master's degree in I-O psychology from Missouri State University and a Ph.D. in global leadership from Troy University.

Jenene began her career in healthcare HR before joining Schreiber Foods, where she started as an HR manager at a manufacturing plant in Ravenna, Nebraska. Over more than a decade at Schreiber, she progressed through increasingly senior roles—from manufacturing HR leadership to building and scaling the company's training and development function from a U.S.-focused team into a global operation. She later took on talent acquisition and led Schreiber's inclusivity strategy for five years as Chief Diversity Officer before stepping into her current role overseeing all U.S. HR operations.

Outside of Schreiber, Jenene is the founder of the Callaway Leadership Collective, reflecting her deep commitment to people development, leadership growth, and organizational transformation.
