Jorge Altieri

Jorge Altieri is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Sofidel America, the U.S. subsidiary of the Sofidel Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of tissue paper for hygienic and domestic use. In his role, he leads HR strategy and operations for Sofidel's growing North American presence, supporting a workforce across multiple manufacturing facilities. Jorge brings over 25 years of human resources leadership experience with deep expertise in change management, organizational development, and talent strategy in manufacturing environments. He is a certified Change Management Professional and is recognized for his ability to drive cultural transformation and align people strategies with business objectives. Prior to Sofidel, he held senior HR roles that built his foundation in supporting complex, multi-site industrial operations. Jorge is based in the Greater Philadelphia area and operates from Sofidel America's headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
