Katie Wilkins

Katie Wilkins is the Vice President of Human Resources at International Vitamin Corporation (IVC), one of the largest manufacturers of vitamins, nutritional supplements, and dietary supplements in the United States, founded in 1971. In her role, she leads the company's HR function, overseeing talent management, HR strategy, employee relations, and personnel management across IVC's operations. Katie has progressed through increasingly senior HR roles including Director and Senior Director of Human Resources before reaching her current VP position, demonstrating a consistent track record of expanding her impact within manufacturing and consumer health environments. She brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, critical thinking, and organizational development. Katie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Towson University and is based in South Carolina.
