In his role, he leads the company's recruiting strategy and talent acquisition operations as QXO scales rapidly through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Kyle brings extensive talent acquisition leadership experience developed across major retail and fashion companies, including senior roles at TJX Companies and Michael Kors. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams that support complex, multi-location businesses. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and is based in the Worcester, Massachusetts area.
