Lisa Britt

Lisa Britt is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science with annual revenues exceeding $40 billion and a workforce of approximately 100,000 employees globally. In her role since March 2017, she leads the company's entire HR function, overseeing talent strategy, organizational development, total rewards, and workforce planning across a vast global operation. Lisa brings over two decades of HR leadership experience developed at major multinational corporations. Prior to Thermo Fisher, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Nexeo Solutions, a global leader in plastics and chemicals distribution. Before that, she spent 13 years at Covidien, a $10 billion global healthcare products company, where she rose to Vice President of Global Human Resources. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lander University and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
