Max Xu

Max Xu is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Organization Development at Aspire Bakeries, where he leads recruiting strategy and organizational development initiatives for the bakery manufacturing company. He is a seasoned talent and HR leader with over 15 years of full-cycle technical and business recruiting experience, with expertise spanning talent acquisition, organization development, and DEIB advocacy. Prior to Aspire Bakeries, Max served as Senior Manager of Talent at sweetgreen, where he built and scaled recruiting functions for the fast-growing restaurant brand. He has also held talent acquisition and people leadership roles at Meta and Amgen, bringing cross-industry experience from technology, biotech, and food services. Max holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where he deepened his expertise in organizational transformation and people strategy.
