Melissa Amptmann

Melissa Amptmann is the Chief People & Culture Officer at fairlife, the premium dairy company owned by The Coca-Cola Company, where she oversees all people strategy, talent management, and organizational culture. She is a PHR-certified HR executive with a career spanning senior leadership roles across manufacturing, consumer products, and industrial sectors. Prior to fairlife, Melissa served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Magnetrol International, an Ametek company, where she led the HR function from 2018 to 2021. Before that, she spent nearly five years as Vice President of Global Human Resources at G&W Electric Co. and over seven years as Vice President of Human Resources for Americas and EMEA at Corelle Brands. Melissa holds a degree in Business Marketing and Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
