Melissa Creedon

Melissa Creedon is the Director of DC HR and Labor Relations at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where she oversees human resources operations and employee relations across the company's distribution center network. During her tenure at DICK'S Sporting Goods, she has progressed through increasingly senior roles including Regional HR Representative, Regional Manager of Human Resources, Manager of HR in Hong Kong, and Senior Manager of Human Resources for Specialty Stores. Prior to DICK'S, she served as Director of Human Resources at Bradley Center, a behavioral healthcare and child welfare organization, and as an HR Specialist at West Penn Hospital. Melissa brings deep expertise in labor relations, talent management, and HR strategy within retail and healthcare environments, and holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
