Mike Snider

Mike Snider is the Senior Director of People and Culture at Funko, the global pop culture consumer products company known for its iconic vinyl collectible figures. In his role since January 2023, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to executive compensation, recruitment, training and development, and leadership development. Mike brings over 20 years of human resources and operations experience, most of which was built at PetSmart, where he served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Supply Chain from 2017 to 2023, directing 26 HR professionals supporting 3,500 supply chain associates across the company's distribution network. Earlier at PetSmart, he served as Human Resources Director beginning in 2000, managing recruitment drives and performance improvement strategies. Mike holds a degree from the University of Arkansas in Business Administration and Management and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
