Nikita Banerjea

Biography

Nikita Banerjea is an Executive Director of Indirect Procurement at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she leads global sourcing across Advertising & Promotion categories including Media, Marketing Technology, Data & Insights, and Translations, managing approximately $1 billion in spend. Since joining Estée Lauder in 2011, she has been promoted through expanding roles, initially leading Market Research and Consumer Insights sourcing before taking on broader enterprise marketing categories within 18 months. Prior to Estée Lauder, Nikita held roles at Procter & Gamble, where she shaped strategic consumer insights and marketing decisions for the Latin American region. She also brings experience from the Business Development Bank of Canada, where she focused on portfolio management and strategic analysis. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from Ryerson University.
