P. Nichole Franklin is the HR Director for Supply Chain at Dollar General, where she leads human resources strategy and operations supporting the retailer's extensive distribution and logistics network. Dollar General operates over 20,000 stores across the United States, and Nichole plays a critical role in ensuring the supply chain workforce is equipped to support the company's rapid growth and operational demands. She brings a strong foundation in HR business partnering, talent management, and employee relations developed across her career in retail and distribution environments. Prior to her current role, she held progressive HR positions that deepened her expertise in supporting large, complex operational teams. Nichole holds a Master's degree from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor's degree from Lee University.
