Sadie Stern

Sadie Stern is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dexcom, where she is responsible for the company's global People Strategy and leads all Human Resources functions including total rewards, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she has led global organizations through significant growth and transformation. Prior to Dexcom, she served as Executive Vice President of People and Culture at 3D Systems, overseeing HR operations across 23 countries. Sadie has also held senior HR leadership roles at Qualcomm, LG Electronics, and The Walt Disney Company. She is the founding executive sponsor of Dexcom's Women's Initiative Network and holds a Master of Arts from the University of Denver.
