Shaina Hall

Shaina Hall is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Belk, where she oversees all talent management and human resources functions for the department store retailer. She is a transformational leader with over 22 years of experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness across complex organizations ranging from privately held enterprises to Fortune 10 corporations. Before becoming CHRO, she served as GVP of HR Business Partners and Enterprise Talent Management at Belk. Prior to joining Belk in 2018, Shaina held senior leadership roles at Bank of America focused on leadership development, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University.
