Adam Ingber

Adam Ingber serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc., one of the nation's largest specialty confectionery manufacturers and distributors, where he oversees talent acquisition, workforce development, culture, and organizational effectiveness across a complex production and distribution network. He brings extensive HR leadership experience from diverse industries including manufacturing, logistics, construction, and commercial services, with previous roles at Laundrylux, OHLA USA, and Judlau Contracting. Known for his pragmatic, people-first approach, Adam has championed initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, operational alignment, and leadership capability in fast-paced environments. His thought leadership focuses on the evolving role of HR in logistics operations and the importance of building scalable, human-centered talent systems that drive business results. Adam holds a BA in Humanities from Hofstra University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University.
