Allison Weir

Allison Weir is the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer at Tilley Distribution, an SK Capital portfolio company, where she leads HR, communications, branding, and IT. She has more than 22 years of HR leadership experience across industries including aerospace and defense, gaming and hospitality, academia, and nonprofit organizations.
