Angela Mancuso
Biography
Angela Mancuso is the Chief Human Resources Officer at AIT Worldwide Logistics, where she has helped triple the company’s workforce since joining in 2018. She has nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across logistics, technology, and consumer goods, with prior roles at Pampered Chef, Paylocity, UPS, and Gallagher Group. Angela is a frequent speaker, having presented at FreightWaves’ What the Truck podcast, Northwestern University’s MBA program, the Wellbeing at Work Summit, and the IATA Cargo Experts Conference on topics such as workplace wellbeing, talent development, and manager effectiveness. At AIT, she has led initiatives including employee resource groups, mindfulness programs, people-analytics capabilities, and expanded DE&I efforts. Angela holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
