Angie Freeman

Angie Freeman is the Chief Human Resources & ESG Officer at C.H. Robinson and President of the C.H. Robinson Foundation, leading global talent and sustainability strategies across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. Since joining the company in 1998, she has held leadership roles in Marketing and Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and Government Affairs, bringing a broad business perspective to HR. A frequent speaker on talent and leadership, she has appeared on the “What the HR!” podcast and emphasizes growth mindset as a critical leadership competency. In The HR Digest, she highlighted C.H. Robinson’s intentional approach to sustainability and DEI. Freeman also serves on the Gartner Global CHRO Board and the Board of Directors for Aebi Schmidt Group.
