Darrell Ford
Biography
Darrell Ford is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at UPS, where he leads global HR strategy for more than 500,000 employees and serves as Chairman of The UPS Foundation. A three-time CHRO with prior roles at DuPont, Xerox, and Advanced Micro Devices, he is known for thought leadership on strategic HR transformation, including his leadership framework focused on strategizing, inspiring, and delivering. He is an active LinkedIn voice on skills-first talent development, AI’s role in HR, and inclusive hiring. In his Strategic CHRO interview with The ExCo Group, he discussed values-based leadership, DEI, and the future of HR in a digital era. A 2025 National Academy of Human Resources Fellow and member of the Executive Leadership Council, Ford also serves as an independent director for Illinois Tool Works and on the executive committee of The CHRO Association.
