Felicia Sanders
Biography
Felicia Sanders is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Michelin North America, leading employee-focused functions for more than 23,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada, including recruiting, talent development, engagement, and DEI. With over 25 years of cross-functional experience, she began her career as a chemical engineer and held roles in manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and marketing at International Paper and FMC Corporation. At Michelin, she also served as plant manager in Dothan, Alabama, and Greenville, South Carolina. A strong advocate for women in leadership, she mentors emerging professionals and is active in groups such as the Michelin African American Network, United Way African American Leadership Group, and the Society of Women Engineers. She holds a chemical engineering degree from UMBC and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
