Biography
Jessie DeHerrera is Vice President of Human Resources at OnTrac, a regional package delivery company focused on transforming last-mile logistics through technology and streamlined distribution networks. With more than a decade of HR and people operations experience, she has held progressive leadership roles at FedEx Ground, LaserShip, UPS, DHL Supply Chain, and Amazon Logistics, developing expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational culture.
