Biography
Kelly Burlage is Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Lineage, the world’s largest temperature-controlled logistics company, where she leads talent strategy across 22 countries for more than 25,000 employees. With over 20 years of HR and talent acquisition experience in staffing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and logistics—including roles at Livingston International, ADP, and The Advanced Group—she specializes in designing innovative recruiting strategies and improving candidate experience. Recognized as one of TAtech’s 100 Most Influential Talent Acquisition Thought Leaders, she has appeared on the “We’re Only Human” podcast and moderated panels at the RPO Association conference on employer priorities and AI. Burlage is also active on LinkedIn, sharing insights on talent, technology, and social impact. At Lineage, she champions initiatives such as a refugee employment program developed in partnership with organizations including Bethany Christian Services and Tent Partnership.
