Kristin Lane
Biography
Kristin Lane is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CRH, a global building materials leader with more than 77,000 employees. Appointed CHRO in July 2024 after serving as CHRO for CRH’s Americas Division, she has held several senior HR roles since joining the company in 2016. Lane previously gained global HR experience at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, JCPenney, The Children’s Place, and in consulting roles at KPMG. A people-first, data-driven leader, she has participated in Dallas CHRO community discussions on culture, hybrid work, and aligning employee needs with business goals. She works closely with CRH’s Chief Culture Officer to advance talent development, employee engagement, and cultural transformation across the company’s infrastructure, housing, and commercial construction businesses.
