Lisa Yankie
Biography
Lisa Yankie is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Odyssey Logistics, a global multimodal logistics leader with more than 82 locations and over $1 billion in annual revenue. She oversees human capital strategy, talent management, and cultural transformation. With 25+ years of HR leadership experience at Ford Motor Company, Bank of America, SPX FLOW, Domtar, and Dentsply Sirona—where she served as Senior Vice President and CHRO—she brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and leveraging technology to drive results. A recognized thought leader, she has spoken on podcasts including “Building People, Companies & Careers” and SSi People about AI in HR, hybrid work, and employee quality of life. A 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award winner in the Workforce Innovator category, Yankie holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University and serves on the board of Veterans Bridge Home.
