Megan Neal Morgan

Megan Neal Morgan, SHRM-CP serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Burris Logistics, a family-owned company celebrating its 100th year in business with operations spanning cold chain warehousing, food redistribution, and freight brokerage through its brands Honor Foods and Trinity Logistics. A native Delawarean with over 15 years of HR experience, Megan leads HR teams across all Burris entities and serves on the BLU Team (Burris Leaders United), which drives business strategy with a sharp focus on culture, purpose, and values. Prior to joining Burris, she spent 11 years in the agriculture industry at Perdue Farms, where she held progressive HR leadership roles including Director of Human Resources and was part of a cross-functional team that brought Delaware's first organic poultry harvest facility to the state, adding over 250 jobs. Megan is an alumna of Leadership Delaware, Inc., a founder of the Fund for Women, and past board member of Habitat for Humanity Sussex County. She holds a degree from Wilmington University and is a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.
