Nancy Stefanowicz
Biography
Nancy Stefanowicz is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NFI, where she has led HR strategy for more than 18,000 employees across North America since 2006. A graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Education with prior HR leadership roles at Hess Corporation, Pennzoil, Circle K, and Jiffy Lube, she has driven major DE&I initiatives at NFI, including launching eight Employee Resource Groups, Women in Leadership programs, McKinsey’s Connected Leaders Academy, and expanded benefits such as paid parental leave. Under her leadership, NFI has been recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Women and Best Employers for Diversity. Stefanowicz has also appeared on the HR Spark podcast to share her leadership journey and career insights.
