Naysa Aparicio-Hernandez

Biography

Naysa Aparicio-Hernandez is the Chief Human Resources Officer at RJW Logistics Group, where she has led HR strategy for more than seven years and supported the company’s growth from 300 to over 1,500 employees through HR restructuring, technology adoption, and transparent hiring practices. She is co-author of Latinas Rising Up in HR, sharing stories of Latina HR professionals advancing in corporate America, and is a multi-year Women in Supply Chain Award recipient (2022–2024). Featured in Hispanic Executive for her leadership journey, she advocates for diversity in leadership and focuses on transforming HR into a true business partner. Aparicio-Hernandez also mentors young Latinas pursuing HR careers and directs proceeds from her book toward scholarships for women studying human resources.
