Rebecca Wilson

Biography

Rebecca Wilson is Group Vice President of Human Resources at Kenco, a major third-party logistics provider with more than 140 distribution facilities across North America. Since joining Kenco in 2013, she has held roles in organizational effectiveness, people operations, and total rewards, bringing a data-driven approach supported by Lean Six Sigma expertise and innovative workforce technology implementation. A recognized thought leader, she has presented at the Best Place for Working Parents national summit and appeared on the United For Working Families podcast, where she highlighted flexible scheduling solutions for hourly employees, including Kenco’s Shift Swap program, which helped reduce annualized turnover by 27%. A 2024 Women in Supply Chain Award winner, Wilson holds a Master of Public Policy from William & Mary, a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University, and certifications as a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
