Sabrina Wnorowski
Biography
Sabrina Wnorowski is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Radial Inc., a leading eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider, where she oversees the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, engagement, and development. Since joining Radial in 2015, she has held multiple HR leadership roles, including leading Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition, and brings more than 15 years of experience in benefits, compensation, HRIS, and recruiting. In an interview with StrategicCHRO360, she discussed fostering employee voice through focus groups, intentional inclusion, and creating safe spaces for diverse perspectives. Wnorowski holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a BA in Business Administration/Management and Political Science from Albright College. She is also a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program and a certified Korn Ferry 360 coach.
