Sarah Barnhart
Biography
Sarah Barnhart is Chief Human Resources Officer at Kem Krest, a certified minority-owned provider of supply chain management solutions for automotive, heavy-duty, and powersports manufacturers. She brings extensive HR experience from Stryker, where she held senior roles in human resources and talent management. A thought leader on relationship-based cultures, she was the inaugural guest on Kem Krest’s Building Bridges podcast, sharing how her personal and professional experiences shape her leadership. Barnhart has helped launch key wellness initiatives at Kem Krest, including PULSE on-site health clinics that offer complimentary healthcare services to employees and their families. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management.
