Shauna Jamison
Biography
Shauna Jamison serves as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for the Americas at DSV Global Transport and Logistics, where she leads human resources strategies across the region with a focus on people development, talent strategy, and organizational transformation. With over two decades of HR leadership experience, she spent 22 years at Walmart in progressive roles culminating as Senior Director of Human Resources for Walmart Transportation, where she oversaw talent management, leadership development, and learning architecture through the Walmart Academy. Prior to joining DSV in September 2024, Jamison served as Chief People Officer for the Americas region at DB Schenker and as SVP and Chief People Officer at USA Truck, bringing deep expertise in transportation, supply chain, and logistics HR. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University. (139 words)
