Christine Geissler
Biography
Christine Geissler serves as Global Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Reckitt, a position she has held since July 2020. With over 30 years of progressive HR experience in the food and consumer goods industries, she has supported all product lifecycles from retail to manufacturing and research & development across consumer foods, beverage, nutrition, and pet care segments. She held senior HR roles at Kerry Group (as Chief Human Resources Officer/Regional VP HR from 2016-2020) and spent 20 years at Nestlé in various leadership positions, including CHRO for Nestlé Waters North America and VP HR Strategy at Nestlé Purina North America. Certified in change management and an adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Wisconsin, Christine is recognized for building inclusive cultures, aligning people strategy with business transformation, and fostering organizational capability. Her leadership focuses on creating winning cultures and helping people grow while driving business outcomes in complex manufacturing environments.
