Elizabeth Spence serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Graphic Packaging Holding Company, where she leads global HR strategy, communications, and talent initiatives for one of the world's leading manufacturers of fiber-based packaging. She joined the company in April 2022 after senior human resources leadership roles at Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc., Assurant, Inc., and earlier at The Coca-Cola Company and AT&T Inc. With more than two decades of experience across manufacturing and services, she is known for driving talent attraction, retention, and culture change in complex operational settings.
