Ginger King
Biography
Ginger King serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kohler Co., where she leads all aspects of HR for the company's global workforce of 40,000 associates across recruitment, development, engagement, and total rewards. With over 20 years of HR leadership in manufacturing environments, she brings a unique combination of human resources expertise and P&L experience. Ginger joined Kohler in 2001 and progressed through various HR positions before spending five years at Ariens Co., where she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Group President of Ariens Specialty Brands, gaining critical business leadership experience running a turnaround. She returned to Kohler in 2018, advancing from Director of Corporate Human Resources to Vice President of Enterprise Human Resources, and was promoted to CHRO. A graduate of Wharton Executive Education's CHRO Program, Ginger is recognized for building high-performing HR functions, modernizing people practices, and driving strategies that improve employee engagement and business results. She advocates for HR leaders developing business acumen and designing rotational experiences early in their careers to become true strategic business advisors.
