Mike Goldwasser
Biography
Mike Goldwasser is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tropicana Brands Group, where he leads the people strategy for a global consumer packaged goods and manufacturing organization. With more than 25 years of HR leadership experience at major brands including Ferrara Candy Company, Rodan + Fields, Orbitz Worldwide, and Nielsen, he has built HR functions that support scale, transformation, and business agility. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Known for guiding organizations through acquisitions, divestitures, and rapid change, Mike focuses on aligning workforce capability with operational excellence in manufacturing and consumer-facing environments.
