Ola Snow

Ola Snow serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cardinal Health, where she leads HR, DE&I, community relations, communications, environmental health and safety, real estate, and facilities. She brings more than two decades of experience with the company, having joined in 2001. Before becoming CHRO in 2018, she served as Chief Diversity Officer and held senior HR leadership roles across the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has led over 25 mergers and acquisitions and built talent strategies and cultural programs across global operations.
