Stacey Valy Panayiotou

Stacey Valy Panayiotou serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where she leads the global HR function including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee benefits. She brings over two decades of HR leadership across manufacturing and consumer goods industries, having previously served as CHRO at Ball Corporation and EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Graphic Packaging International. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years at The Coca-Cola Company in key roles including Global Vice President and Head of Talent and Development, and Vice President of HR for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. A recognized thought leader, she is passionate about building people-first cultures that align business strategy with workforce capability and has been instrumental in scaling global talent and learning programs.
