Dennis Keane

Dennis Keane is the Director of Staffing & Development at Ken's Foods, where he leads talent acquisition and employee development strategy for the food manufacturing company. During his tenure at Ken's Foods, he has progressed through increasingly senior roles, from Manager of Strategic Development to his current leadership position. Dennis brings a diverse HR background spanning financial services, corporate training, and workforce planning across multiple industries. Prior to Ken's Foods, he held roles at Capital Fulfillment Group, Bridgewater Savings Bank, Thomson & Thomson, and Boston Financial Data Services. He is a DDI Certified Facilitator and holds a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College.
