Lauren Myers

Lauren Myers is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at QVC Group, the Fortune 500 global leader in video-driven commerce reaching millions of consumers across seven countries through brands including QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. In her current role, she leads the company's worldwide talent acquisition strategy, aligning recruiting efforts with QVC Group's global growth and innovation objectives. She brings a distinctive combination of HR expertise and business strategy, having spent over six years at QVC Group in increasingly impactful leadership positions spanning workforce transformation, streaming strategy, and organizational development. Prior to QVC Group, Lauren held multiple HR leadership roles at Daltile and Graham Packaging, where she oversaw HR functions across the United States and played a pivotal role in implementing HR systems and enhancing operational efficiency. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from York College of Pennsylvania.
