In terms of fill rates, which are crucial for high-profile events, Traba has achieved a lifetime fill rate of approximately 92% for this client, with month-to-month rates generally ranging from 80-95%. Our team worked closely to overcome initial challenges in building a qualified security workforce, reaching a 95% fill rate in 2024, and even achieving a 100% fill rate for 100+ slots in January of this year.
