Operating out of two main warehouses in Florida, it has achieved remarkable success with its in-house brands and private label business and is now aiming for exponential growth.

Problem

The company faced one of the most common issues in staffing: bad worker quality and unfilled shifts. They’ve attempted to work with numerous other staffing agencies which all ended in broken promises and unproductive days. 

As their business continues to grow, they’ve also seen a large spike in demand and needed to find a solution quickly.

They used to ship out 100-150 pallets a week, but are currently shipping 200-300 pallets a week because of the strong workforce they’ve developed with Traba.
